City of La Vista Central Park Pavilion & Site Improvements North of 8302 City Centre Drive in Central Park La Vista, Nebraska Request for Proposals The City of La Vista (“City”) is seeking Proposals from prequalified construction managers for a Construction Management at Risk (“CMR”) contract for the Central Park Pavilion & Site Improvements to be located North of 8302 City Centre Drive in Central Park (“Project”). Proposals will be accepted Monday through Friday during regular City Hall hours, except holidays, from June 23, 2021 until 3:00 pm, local time on July 26th, 2021. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Request for Proposals - CMR Services - Central Park Pavilion & Site Improvements - City of La Vista, Nebraska”.  All proposals must be addressed to:          City of La Vista          c/o of Pam Buethe          La Vista City Clerk          8116 Park View Blvd.          La Vista, NE 68128 Patrick M.
