Title: Downtown Streetscape Master Plan Deadline: 2/8/2023 12:00 PM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) Status: Open Solicitation Number: 104-03-23 Description: The Town of Mooresville is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing a combination of landscape architecture, planning design, engineering, and related services to complete a Downtown Streetscape Master Plan. The Town is in need of a unified vision for streetscape design in and around the downtown area, to guide future public investment, and ensure consistent application of standard streetscape cross-sections through future private development. The Town is seeking a plan that will evaluate current guiding documents and conditions, establish a unified streetscape design vision, recommend cross-sections within a defined study area, and provide planning-level cost estimates associated with each corridor recommendation.
