The City of Mount Vernon seeks Statements of Qualifications from multidisciplinary, highly qualified companies and/or individuals (hereinafter consultant) to provide professional services assisting the City with an update of its Comprehensive Plan.Communities, like Mount Vernon, required to plan under the Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA) are required to update their comprehensive plans every ten years.
