Temporary/Relief Psychology Services PR219037, PR219038 & PR219039

A) Purpose and Description of Services

Contractor agrees to provide Temporary/Relief Psychology services for the PDC clients as scheduled by the Project Representative or their designee.  See Exhibit A of the IFB for the description of required services. Contractor needs to be familiar with the special needs of the developmentally disabled.  The terms of this Agreement will be April 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.


B) Bidder Minimum Qualifications

All bidders must meet the following requirements to be considered responsible and responsive to this IFB.

1. Contractor must have an active Psychologist license with the State of California.

2. A minimum of three (3) years¿ experience work which includes long-term care, acute care and forensic service.

3. Must have experience conducting and writing psychological and forensic reports.

4. Must have experience completing suicide risk assessments.

5. No bidder may bid on work of any kind that the bidder is not properly licensed to perform.   Any such bid received will be disqualified.   Copies of all licenses must be included with the BID documents.

6. Bidder must be able to supply all specified services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) in accordance with the attached Sample Agreement.
