Purchase of 3D Force Plate system with installation and training at Torii Station, Okinawa Japan.Interested Parties can contact SSG Matthew Morgan - matthew.morgan.43@us.af.milThe solictitation is expected to be posted late August 2019 Force Plate System Overview-System software for the force plate measurement system that integrates 3D Force Plate measurement system with synchronized highspeed HD color video and displays userselected variables and statistical comparisons in realtime.- A complete solution for integrating with Olympic lifting stations or jumping stations- complete with a surrounding floor panels to provide a large, safe area for testing and training.- A portable solution for 3D force measurement that provides several features for educational, tactical, and sport assessment purposes: A large landing surface for a portable plate; 2000 vertical load capacity to handle large impacts; HallEffect sensors to
handle large loads and minimize drift; and very easy to setup.- Methods in analysis that are extremely reliable and valid and have demonstrated data integrity through numerous independent, peer reviewed articles allowing us to know we are capturing accurate reliable data.- System software shall provide diversity in test collection and analysis options to include:Standard Jump, Landing and Olympic Weightlifting tests with full analysis, including:Repeated Jump Tests, countermovement and squat jumps, many single leg hops and jumps, drop jump and landings, isometric lift tests, and dynamic weight lifting exercises- Force plate system and software shall include fully integrated on board video capture and replay capable of providing data streams fully integrated and synchronized with up to 5 HD Color video at frames rates to 150+ fps. Shall provide a real force vector overlay, and user customized information to be displayed on instant replay. Shall also be available to the user for post processing, analysis and sharing.- Shall have a video export and reporting feature which allows users to export customized mp4 videos for sharing or PDF reports complete with screenshots and usergenerated comments.- Data files shall be able to be stored in Excelfriendly ascii format, allowing users to export data to 3rd party software for statistical analysis.
