NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified.
 
PERFORMING ARTS CENTER CONSULTANT
RFQ NUMBER: 2020-005
 
The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed Proposals until 1 2:45 PM EST. on January 29, 2020, at the City Clerk’s Office, Lauderhill City Hall, 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Suite 421, Lauderhill, Florida 33313. Proposals will be opened at 1:00 PM in Room 401. Proposals received after 12:45 PM EST will not be considered, and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
 
An Original and  three (3) copies and one electronic copy in PDF form of the Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope bearing the words " PERFORMING ART CENTER CONSULTANT, RFQ 2020-005" to the  City’ Clerk,  City of Lauderhill, 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Room 421, Lauderhill Florida 3313. E-mail and faxed bids will not be accepted.
 
Proposals Documents may be obtained on and after December 12, 2019 at the City’s website ( www.lauderhill-fl.gov ) and DemandStar ( www.demandstar.com ).
 
The intent of this project is to hire a Consultant to develop and implement a plan to assist with the operation, development, and strategic growth of the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center facility.       The specific scope of services is stated in the RFP document. 
 
Proposals will be based on the complete work required, but not limited to what is in the propose documents. Proposals based on a portion of the work will not be considered.
