Description
Scope of Services
The City of Santa Barbara Creeks Restoration and Water Quality Improvement Division (Creeks Division) is seeking a civil engineering firm to conduct a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and develop conceptual design plans for the Mission Creek at Oak Park Restoration Project. Firms submitting proposals must have expertise in environmental hydrology, hydraulic engineering, structural flood control design and construction, geomorphology, and riparian habitat restoration. Preferred applicants have extensive experience with creek restoration projects especially in urban areas within Southern California. The selected consultant will work closely with the Creeks Division, the City Public Works Engineering Division, and the Santa Barbara County Flood Control District. Creeks Division staff will manage the design contract.
