Informational materials containing a general description of the project scope and budget, instructions to those interested in submitting qualifications for the first step of the process, selection criteria, procedures for contract award, the second step, required contract terms, and other materials (the Request for Qualifications, with Step 1 and Step 2) will

be made available through Bryan ISD Ionwave at https://bryanisd.ionwave.net/Login.aspx > Current Bids. The submissions for the first step must be received no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. The submission is to be sent to the attention of Melissa Martin, at Bryan Independent School District, Administration Building, 801 South Ennis, Bryan, Texas 77803. Submissions will be opened and submitters names called aloud at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendum's relating to this bid opportunity.
