RSI #2024-09 - Hangar Lease Opportunity at SugarLand Regional Airport

The City of Sugar Land Regional Airport is soliciting Statements of Interest (RSI) to identify and select a dynamic and compatible tenant to lease a 14,129 SQFT hangar facility (11,651 SQFT hangar & 2,478 SQFT office), constructed in 2016. The Airport is looking for a business or individual with an aeronautical use to lease the facility. The City of Sugar Land (“City”) is soliciting Statements of Interest from individuals, businesses, and organizations that are seeking premium hangar and office space for aeronautical use in the Houston area. All submissions received will undergo a comprehensive review and evaluation process, carefully considering various crucial categories to ensure the selection of the preferred tenant aligns with the Airport’s strategic objectives and priorities. Thesecategories include Aeronautical Impact, Economic Benefits, Long-term Sustainability, Risk Mitigation and Security, and Innovation and Technology.
