The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) seeks information and invites industry input concerning automated electronic systems for monitoring employee ethics compliance with respect to personal securities holdings and transactions. In particular, as described more fully herein, we are seeking information and input concerning products and services for any or all of the following:Primarily, provide real time access to employees’ financial institutions and providers to obtain automated data feeds (eFeeds) concerning employees’ securities accounts, holdings and transactions;Secondarily, develop, operate and maintain a secure technical solution that provides interfaces between such real time access and the existing SEC trading compliance system.For any of these services, we would like information regarding well-established products and service providers, but we may consider information from vendors having demonstrative experience in developing and operating relevant or related solutions.
