This proposal will be effective from award date (July 20, 2023) and automatically renews for an additional four (4) years in one year increments, unless either party provides their intent not to renew. In accordance with Humble ISD policies and procedures, Humble ISD schools and/or departments are authorized to engage with "Approved Vendors" only. An Humble ISD approved vendor is one that has been authorized for use upon having met a set of pre-determined criteria through a formal procurement process and awarded a contract ("Contract," "Agreement", or "Project") upon approval by the Humble ISD Board of Trustees. The first step
in obtaining Approved Vendor status is to respond to this solicitation and submit all required information and documentation. Upon completion of the RFP evaluation process and verification of compliance with Humble ISD's liability insurance requirements, vendors will be recommended to the Board of Trustees for contract award. Once the Humble ISD Board of Trustees formally approves the selected vendor(s) for award, the Humble ISD Purchasing Department will issue a Notice of Award letter, affirming the awarded vendor(s) status as an Approved Vendor for this specific Request for Proposal. This is a rolling proposal and will be issued throughout the term of the award and if your company has previously submitted and been awarded, your company does not need to respond on subsequent issues of this RFP.
