BOROUGH OF BOUND BROOK NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT- ROSENBAUER SOUTH DAKOTA, HGAC CONTRACT #FS12-19-FIRE SERVICE APPARATUS Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement HGAC Contract #FS12-19-Fire Service Apparatus Information regarding the contract may be found at the Borough Clerk’s Office during regular business hours, as well as on the Borough’s website at: www.boundbrook-nj.org. The HGAC Contract #FS12-19-Fire Service Apparatus term is December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2023. It is the intent of the Borough to make a contract award to Rosenbauer South Dakota, LLC, Lyons, South Dakota 57041.
