The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a facility under lease that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government’s desire is for a full service lease for approximately 10,500 rentable square feet of office and related space for an Army Reserve Center for a term not to exceed one (1) year, with up to four (4) option years, to be exercised solely at the Governments discretion, and with Government termination rights after the initial year and during any option year, and located within a defined delineated area in St George, UT. 
The office and related space shall be delivered turn-key ready. There must be enclosed parking lot space to park heavy equipment and large and small government owned vehicles on 24 hours 7 days a week basis. There must also be on-site parking for privately  owned vehicles.  Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease and Scope of Work.  Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
