Chiller & Cooling Tower Maintenance Serv

Kennesaw State University (KSU) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide Chiller and Cooling Tower Semi-Annual and Annual Preventative Maintenance, Testing, Inspection, and Repair Services as further described in this eRFP for both Kennesaw and Marietta campuses. Refer to the bid documents for detailed information and requirements. Only electronic proposals submitted via the eSource system on the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR) by the closing deadline as posted on the GPR will be considered. No emailed or faxed bid responses will be accepted. KSU reserves the right to request further documents. Restrictions on Communicating with Staff: Suppliers are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any State staff except through the Issuing Officer named herein, or during the Bidders/Offerors’ conference (if any), or as defined in this eRFP or as provided by existing work
