Through removing the existing wearing course, performing necessary pavement repairs, resurfacing, replacing curbs, and handicap ramps. This project will also replace 800 feet water main with 8-inch diameter ductile iron water main on Eleanor Avenue from Jackman Road to Belmar Avenue.
