The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of Côte d’Ivoire (the “Government” or “GoCI”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact (the “Compact”) for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Côte d`Ivoire in the amount of approximately US$ 524.7 million (“MCC Funding”). The Government, acting through MCA-Côte d’Ivoire (the “MCA Entity” or “Buyer”), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov ) and on the MCA-Côte d’Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci).2. MCA-Côte d'Ivoire hereby invites eligible entities to provide services as a recruitment agency for MCA-Côte d'Ivoire. The Service Provider will be awarded a contract for a 3 years period including a twelve months base period and two option periods of twelve months each. The last option period will be adjusted to consider the end date of the Compact which is the 04th of August 2024.3. Requirements: The prospective bidders are invited to submit their offer in accordance with Annex 2 of the ITQ.The ITQ is available through the following link:https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ucfsaaefibl1rkf/AAAPWq-ivqfQbEYnPQmmHispa?dl=04. This ITQ is open to qualified national or international entities wishing to participate in the MCA-Côte d’Ivoire’s activities.5.
