qualified architectural firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility for all necessary sub-consulting services, including but not being limited to engineering disciplines, building envelope design, building code expertise, accessibility design, and cost estimating, to provide full consulting services to plan, coordinate, design, produce contract documents, implement and administer the construction contract for the redevelopment of The Renovation of the Adamson Estate Main House and Site (the “project”).
