Notice of Intent to Sole Source AwardTHIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations. USFWS IRTM Headquarters intends to award a firm fixed price sole source base plus three option year contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to:DJ Case & Associates Inc317 E Jefferson Blvd.Mishawaka, Indiana 46545The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The object of this sole source award is to have ongoing Drupal software development support expertise as we continue O&M support of the recently launched FWS.gov web hub and supporting sub-sites. The resources procured under this contract are anticipated to serve as the main support team for FWS's Drupal environment, as this expertise is not maintained internally. Due to the

large-scale knowledge transfer required to hand off support of FWS Drupal web operations D.J. Case and Associates is determined to be the only responsible source to support this work to avoid extensive additional cost and burden to the government. It is anticipated that a transition of this work to another contractor would require a 6-12 month on-boarding process that maintenance timelines are not conducive to without greatly increasing cost and risk.This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
