Project Description:The purpose of this RFP is to provide the Buffalo Public Schools with a rigorous, interactive Study Skills textbook to help students learn how to learn to study. When students have good study skills, teachers spend less time re-teaching the same lessons because students are able to better understand the subject taught the first time around. The textbook must be culturally responsive, offer supports for students identified as English Language Learners and Special Education as well as offer online resources.
The textbook must reflect the importance of every

student’s engagement with but not limited to the following topics:
• Setting Goals
• Time Management and Organization
• Note Taking and Studying for Tests
• Reading, Writing and Research
• Standardized Test Taking Strategies
• Tracking Your Progress
• Developing a Growth Mindset
