The\nquantities provided are an estimate of the quantities that will be ordered on a\nyearly basis.\n\nThis solicitation is for a multi-year contract. The initial contract is for two (2)\nyears with the option to renew the contract for three (3) additional 1-year periods\nupon mutual agreement between the awarded contractor and Shepherd\nUniversity.\n\n1.2 BID SUBMISSION\n\nSealed bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and shall be identified as a\n\u201cRequest for Bids\u201d including the RFB number SUDL23-04 and the RFB opening\ntime (3:00) and date (November 17, 2022).
