Contractor with five hundred sixty (560) working days to attain project completion.Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option.The City of Pasco is conducting the bidding of this project through a secure online bidding process. The bidding will be done through City of Pasco's Plan Room secure network/platform: https://www.cityofpascoplanroom.com/jobs/public. Bids shall be submitted electronically via City of Pasco’s Plan Room and shall be accepted up until 2:00PM on Tuesday, February 14 2:00PM on Tuesday, February 28 , 2023. The Contractor will not be charged a fee to submit a bid.Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud, in the City of Pasco Council Chambers at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 14 on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of prevailing state or federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. The Contractor shall be licensed in the State of Washington. The Contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the performance of this contract. The Contractor shall carry out applicable requirements of 40 CFR Part 33 in the award and administration of contracts awarded under EPA financial assistance agreements. Failure by the Contractor to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this Contract which may result in the termination of this Contract.If a contract exceeds $10,000, the Contractor shall comply with Executive Order 11246, “Equal Employment Opportunity,” as amended by Executive Order 11375, “Amending Executive Order 11246 Relating to Equal Employment Opportunity,” and as supplemented by regulation at 41 CFR Part 60.
