RFP #WDARC-019 - AMERICA’S JOB CENTER OF CALIFORNIA ONE-STOP OPERATOR SERVICES

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions Department Workforce Development Division (HWS/WDD) invites eligible respondents to submit a proposal for the America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) One-Stop Operator, as more specifically described below. These services will be funded primarily by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title I, Public Law 113-128. HWS/WDD has been granted authority by the State of California to administer Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs for the Local Riverside County Area comprised of: Four comprehensive AJCC One-Stops; Riverside (Western County), Hemet (Mid-County), Indio (East County) and Moreno Valley (Western County) and an affiliate location in Blythe (East County). Each year, the State allocates funds from the federal WIOA to the HWS/WDD to implement workforce development programs for local residents, including eligibleyouth.
