The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in the building under a lease in Memphis, TN that will expire April 30, 2021.  The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to execute and award a Renewal Option for the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) located at 2600 Thousand Oaks Blvd, Memphis, TN 38118.  This advertising is acknowledgment of A Notice to Intent that ATF will remain in the current location while exercise Lease Renewal Option.
The current location meets the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
It is fully serviced is located in the 100 year flood plain
