One complete set of RFB documents may also be obtained by interested parties at no cost from the above address. All potential bidders must register to participate in the RFB process following the instructions contained therein.A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time at the South Orange Municipal Offices. System inspection may be scheduled by appointment at times that are mutually convenient to Bidders and Village representatives and must be scheduled and conducted no later than June 7, 2024 before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time.Sealed Bids must be received by June 25, 2024 until 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time at the South Orange Municipal Offices, Office of the Clerk. The Village reserves the right to reject Bids that are not received by the Village at the time and in the manner designated by the RFB. Any and all Bids may be rejected if deemed appropriate by the Village in accordance with applicable law.Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders shall be required to provide a Bid bond with their Bid in the amount of $20,000. The System shall not be sold until the legal voters of the Village authorize same pursuant to a referendum process.
