The elevator modernization project shall meet or exceed the current ASME-A17.1 Elevator Code and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards for this project located at the Earle Cabell Federal Building, Dallas, TX.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238290. The size standard is $16.5 million per year. This is an unrestricted procurement open to all large and small business concerns.The estimated contract value is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Contractors should price according to the specifications. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as of January 13, 2021 and is attached to the beta.SAM.gov Notice. The offeror selected for award must be registered in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2021 in Dallas, TX. The specific date, time and location is provided within the RFP.  Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.
