SummaryThe City of Newport News (the “City” or "Owner") is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva), to be received no later than Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 2:30 pm (local prevailing time).The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to provide Emergency Guardrail Repairs.The City intends to establish an annual contract for Emergency Guardrail Repairs. The Contractor is to provide labor, equipment, supervision, and materials for guardrail repairs on an as-needed basis. This will be a one-year contract with four one-year optional renewal

Details shown on the Drawings replace corresponding Standard Details found in the Regional Construction Standards.
