CodeBPM005969 Lable :- Arizona State Trauma Registry System Begain date: :- 4/1/2024 12:00:00 AM (UTC-7) End date:- 5/1/2024 3:00:00 PM (UTC-7) Summary:- The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems (BEMSTS) desiresto purchase trauma registrysoftware for use by ADHS, designated trauma centers, and other Arizona health care institutions voluntarily participating inthe Arizona State Trauma Registry (ASTR).The ASTR currently consists offorty-seven ( 47) state designated trauma centers with the expectation of adding more in the future. There are fourteen (14)levelone (1)trauma centers, six (6)levelthree (3) trauma centers, and twenty-seven (27)levelfour (4)trauma centers. Levelone (1)andthree (3)trauma centers submit a “full: data set and levelfour(4) trauma centers submit a “reduced” data set.Additionally, ADHS requires technical support from the Contractor for the ASTR, designated trauma centers, and other Arizona health care institutions participating in the ASTR.
