A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Demolition and remodel of the existing 1820 SF classroom space. All existing seating, along with (2) storage rooms shall be removed. The classroom will be modified from a 4-tier to a 2-tier classroom with ADA access. Remodel to consist of new flooring, walls, ceiling finishes and fixtures. New storefront system and new egress door to exterior. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
