Master Developer for the Downtown

The City and CRA seek a qualified, experienced Master Developer for the Downtown. This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) invites all interested and qualified Respondents to submit a response no later than 2:00 PM (local) on August 31, 2022 September 29, 2022 October, 6 2022. Responses must be submitted electronically through the City’s eBid System on or before the due date and time. Any response received after the due date and time specified herein will not be considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a response is received will be resolved against the Respondent. An Optional Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (local) in person and via Zoom. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is not mandatory. The Zoom link is available on the City’s Meetings webpage https://pompanobeachfl.gov/pages/meetings. Respondents must be registered on the City’s eBid

System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation.
