This notice of intent is not a request for quotes and no solicitation is available.The 87th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 87th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Excel Driver Services, LLC., 9695 Brighton Road Henderson, CO, 80640. This requirement is for the for the Simtech T680 Driving Simulator, model# GSKT68V1 tractor trailer with manual transmission in support of the 87th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.Excel Driver Services, LLC., is the vendor closest source capable of providing

product, as is outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611430 with the size standard of $15 million. Firms responding to this intent to single source are asked to provide the following information in their response: company’s full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the product the government is seeking. A complete description of the product needed is included in the SOW. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable, and will not be accepted in response to this notice.Any information received will be treated as market research information for future same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received.
