Description: The City of Blue Springs, MO is requesting proposals from qualified Plumbing Company to provide on-call services for all City owned buildings, park facilities, and sites that fall under the Building Maintenance Division and Parks Maintenance. The contractor will provide plumbing repairs, upgrades, installations, and replacements for components of City facilities and infrastructure on an as-needed basis during the contract period of 1/1/23 thru 12/31/25; with two, one-year extensions if mutually agreed upon.
