Proposals will not be accepted after this time.Proposers may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents at no charge from the City's electronic procurement management system, OpenGov Procurement, at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/cityofmonterey or by calling Cheryl Kouretas, (831) 646-3461. All proposers must register on OpenGov Procurement. Vendors shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://secure.procurenow.com/signup. Proposals must be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal.It is the responsibility of each prospective proposer to download all proposal documents for review before submitting a proposal. It is the responsibility of each prospective proposer to check OpenGov Procurement on a daily basis through the close of the RFP for any applicable addenda or updates.
