Project Description and Information: This invitation is for water line replacement as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University’s Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Engineering Estimate for this project: $750,000.00 Project Notes: Completion: • Line A Substantial Completion shall be within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days after the issuance of the Written Purchase Order. Final Completion shall be within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days after the issuance of the Written Purchase Order. • Line B Substantial Completion shall be within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days after the issuance of the Written Purchase Order. Final Completion shall be within Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days after the issuance of the Written Purchase Order.
