The City is looking to create a roster of Pre-qualified Vendors to provide Facilitation Services for the City of Vaughan on an as-needed and when-required basis. If a Proponent has obtained this RFP Document from a third party, the onus is on the Proponent to create an account and register for the bid opportunity as plan taker at the City of Vaughan’s (the Owner) website at
