The purpose of this RFP is to select one or more Project Managers to perform project management services for three project scopes. The Township wishes to retain project management services for three Project Scopes as described below: Project Scope A –Ice and Dry Floor Arena Facility (located at the Langley Events Centre – 7888 200 St) – Progressive Design Build Project Scope B – Smith Athletic Park / Youth Soccer Campus (located at 76 Ave & 209 St) Project Scope C – Project Management Services for general projects To obtain documents, please visit our Bidding System https://tol.bidsandtenders.ca.
