Request for Quote City of Cumming Utilities Water Distribution and Collection Division The City of Cumming is requesting quotes from qualified dealerships for one (1) Compact Rubber Tire Loader for the Water Distribution and Collection Division. Make is to be of a reputable brand: Bobcat, Caterpillar, Komatsu, JCB, John Deere, Takeuchi, etc. **This unit is to be compatible to a Bobcat L85, Caterpillar 904, JCB 407, etc. Only major brands with local dealer and service centers will be considered. Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with Distribution & Collection Compact Rubber Tire Loader and City of Cumming, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040. Proposals will be received until January 8, 2024 at 3:00 pm at Cumming City Hall second floor receptionist desk or by mail. All quotes are to include item spec.¿s in the packet. Any quote received after this date and time will not be accepted. The City of Cumming Department of Utilities reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and or all proposals.
