The Mission & Installation Contracting Command – Fort Knox (MICC-Knox), Fort Knox, KY 40121, intends to award on a Sole Source basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for annual membership, Certification Prep, and Exam as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii), Sole Source (including brand name). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICTATION IS AVAILABLE. Market research has demonstrated that SHRM is only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of items will satisfy agency requirements.
