Description:
The City of Menlo Park is seeking qualified firms to perform Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) project review and inspection services for applicable new construction and addition and/or alteration projects that are seeking compliance with the City's LEED requirements through the "LEED equivalency" option. The City intends to contract with one or more qualified Contractors to have the opportunity to review proposed projects in the City of Menlo Park on an ongoing basis. Additionally, the City will pre-qualify eligible Contractors to be able to contract with applicants directly to perform LEED inspections. Please review the attached request for qualifications and provide a Statement of Qualifications to be considered.
