Qualified applicants must have expertise in the development and implementation of planning and zoning ordinances. The Deadline for all requests for proposals is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2023. All requests for proposals should be labeled “Zoning Title Update – RFP.” Electronic copies shall be submitted through the U3P Portal or to the Moab City Recorder’s Office at bids@moabcity.org. Printed copies shall be sent to the Moab City Recorder’s Office located at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah, 84532.
