BUS BATTERIES

Y You are hereby invited to submit a bid for Bus Batteries. This document specifies information required to submit a proposal and explains the selection process and required documentation in submitting qualifications for this project. All bids must be received by CATA no later than Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 3pm (EST). Bidding documents are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.net) When two or more firms desire to submit a single proposal in response to this IFB, they should do so on a prime-subcontractor basis rather than as a joint venture. All applicable federal and state regulations and requirements, including but not limited to third-party contracting provisions, apply to this solicitation. All questions or requests for clarification must be received via the “Clarifications” feature in PennBid no later than 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Questions will be publicly answered on the PennBid clarifications page. Sealed bids will be accepted electronically via PennBid until 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, July 13, 2023. Proposals received by any other means, or after this date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened. All proposals must remain in effect for sixty (60) calendar days from the bid opening. CATA reserves the right to reject any bids as it deems to be in its own best interests.
