 •1.       SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR COUNTERINTELLIGENCE THREAT AWARENESS TRAINING  •A.     INTRODUCTION•1.       This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time.•2.       This is an initial step in the planning process to provide training for Counterintelligence Threat Awareness Training.   The Government is contemplating award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.•3.       The 377 MSG/PKB at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, seeks potential sources to provide highly specialized Counterintelligence Threat Awareness training, with an elevated leval of realism.  FOB-Destination shipping to Kirtland AFB, NM 87117.•4.       Period of Performance Date: 28 November 2017 - 30 Nov 2017 (in six separate individual training•5.       The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services,
which has a small business size standard of $15M. •B.      INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:•1.       All businesses capable of providing this product are invited to respond. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. PRIMARY CONTACT: Virginia Garcia (505-846-2917), Contract Specialist, virginia.garcia.1@us.af.mil.  SECONDARY CONTACT: Brenda Hamilton (505-846-5601) Contracting Officer, brenda.hamilton@us.af.mil. •C.     SALINE CHARATERISTIC:   •·         Provide Counterintelligence Threat Awareness Training to the USAF and U.S. Government personnel located at Kirtland AFB, NM•o   Provide "highly" specialized trainers with elevated level of realism in training process•§  Trainers/Lecturers must have specialized threat experience and currently participate in classified programs supporting the U.S. Government.•§  Trainers/Lecturers must instruct specialized threat tradecraft and methodology and highlight vulnerability characteristics of the target audience.•o   Period of Performance Training:  28 - 30 November 2017 (travel days 27 November 2017 and 1 December 2017)•o   Training will be conducted in 6 separate individual training sessions•o   Trainers/Lecturers must be cleared by FBI for training in support of U.S. National Security Programs.•o   Trainers/Lecturers must have security clearances sancationed by the U.S. Government.
