The City of Menlo Park (City) invites interested consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the Community Services Department for consideration to enter into a professional services agreement with a design team with demonstrated experience, knowledge and expertise in urban planning and/or landscape architecture design with extensive experience in performing park and recreation facility master plans for municipalities of similar size as Menlo Park. The City is preparing to update its existing Parks and Recreation Facilities Master Plan which was last completed in 1999.
