Description: The City of Dania Beach, Florida, is actively seeking bids from qualified Contractors, for a project known as “BUILDING DEPARTMENT RENOVATION, ITB 23-023”. This project consists of a partial renovation of the City’s Building Department located on the first floor of City Hall. Work includes updating of mechanical, structural, plumbing and electrical in the department as well as new offices and review areas.
