FY23 Moses Lake Facility Services

The 92 ARW at Fairchild AFB, WA, has a mission requirement to lease office space at a large civilian airport within reasonable driving distance (2 Hours) of the base, that possesses the necessary space, runway and taxiway to meet KC-135 mission requirements. Also, the airport must have the ability to provide but is not limited to renting of office space, passenger secure area, ramp space, portable toilets, security services, secure area badges, staff & administrative support services, telephone voice and data connection, electrical service, and Information Technology support services. These services may be required 2 to 3 times per year for upwards of one week at a time.The government intends to solicit the requirement as a Sole Source set-aside to the Port of Moses Lake in Grant
