If you disagree that the proposed purchase is a valid sole source, please contact the Procurement Services Director by email or by mail prior to the “Notice End Date” indicated above to advise whether your company can provide the product or service mentioned above. Prospective respondents are requested to provide information regarding their ability to provide the product or service described. Respondents are not to provide pricing.
