Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance Repair202203-10011Closing Date: 04/13/2022 02:00:00 PM PTDetail: Advertisement CITY OF HILLSBORO Invitation to Bid (ITB) – Public Improvement Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Repair ITB No. 202203-10011   Bids due and Bid Closing Date and Time: April 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM PST First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than April 13, 2022 at 4:00 PM PST     The City of Hillsboro seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide erosion control, gradeing, drainange, stormwater structure, and vegitation installation.   The Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Repair Project will repair three (3) existing stormwater facilities at different locations throughout Hillsboro. Schedule A is located at 180 NE 74 th Avenue and includes adding a stormwater filter vault and water quality manhole into the end of NE 74 th Avenue.  Schedule B is located at 6327 SE Goboes Ct. and includes the

installation of a new water quality manhole and converting the existing stormwater facility into a large vegetative infiltration planter stormwater facility. Schedule C is located at 1601 NW 9th Ave and includes the installation of a pretreatment vault, high flow bypass storm line and the extension of the existing access road. The window of construction for this project is May 23 – November 15, 2022.   There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB. ☒ There will be no pre-bid conference.  ☐ There will be Choose an item pre-bid conference.  Sealed bids will be received by City Contact: Mark Gibson. Electronic bid submission is required.  Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive.  First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure: A Bidder may submit First-Tier Subcontractor disclosure with their bid or may submit it to the City Contact by email.  If submitting by email, Bidder is responsible for assuring the email is received timely by the City.
