Human Resources Information System and Payroll Solution Project Description :The Municipality is seeking proposals for the purpose of gathering information on an integrated Human Resources Information System(HRIS)/Payroll application in order to determine a preferred provider to support the management of the Municipality’s human resources. The agreement between the successful Bidder and the Municipality will cover a period of five (5) years. The agreement between the Municipality and the successful Bidder will be to implement an HRIS/Payroll system, provide education on its use, as well as consultative and support services. The provider will also be knowledgeable on the successful integration of their payroll system with the Municipality’s current financial system (Great Plains).
