The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC), is seeking proposals for an external consultant to provide guidance to the state correctional facilities in food service operations, menu development, special diet (medical and religious), menu development, monthly inspections, training of staff, evaluation of existing equipment and aid in procuring replacement equipment, dietician services, and to assist with overall food service fiscal management (purchasing, inventory, cost per meal) controls.
