Lodging must be located within ten (10) miles of 911 11th Street North, Moorhead, Minnesota 56560. Determination of distance shall be made using the shortest route as displayed by Google MapsTM. The anticipated number of guest rooms shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the Responder that any quantities

shown in this RFB are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State, either minimum or maximum. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH THE SWIFT SUPPLIER PORTAL. NO E-MAIL OR FAXED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
