Notice of Intent to Sole Source Zeli Systems

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Zeli Systems. The requirement is for the purchase of six (6) 6U Compact Peripheral Component Interconnect (CPCI) Multi- Function Input/Output (I/O) Boards manufactured by Zeli Systems to meet technical requirements. The items to be purchased are as follows: ITEM 0001: 6U COMPACT PERIPHERAL COMPONENT INTERCONNECT (CPCI) MULTI- FUNCTION INPUT/OUTPUT (I/O) BOARDS P/N: 9511XXX QTY: 6 EACH ITEM 0002: Ground Service Shipping P/N: Shipping QTY: 1 EACH This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 and the size standard is 30 million dollars.
